"Ermländer" cheese made from milk from Jersey cows, eggs from hens that still run & peck in the field, long-stirred honey from bees that collect nectar in pure nature around Beniaskie!, T-Bones & Burgers from the Herefords for your BBQ, country butter from the chunk, hearty bacon or in season fruit & vegetables that you harvest yourself on Wiola's farm around the corner.

And on Sundays & Public Holidays, we grind & mill fresh flour from organic grain from the neighbors. This is then turned into delicious bread rolls, which the little baker then brings to your veranda warm from the oven :-)
